Bingos.co.uk Review

Bingos is simply at the pinnacle of its game, certainly in the top ten bingo sites available to players in the UK and probably in the world. Its promotions are world class and the games run as smoothly as is physically possible. It cannot hurt that the website has a TV extension on channel 867 that broadcasts every Friday night.

Fair Play

Bingos.co.uk makes a big deal about its co-operation in a fair play scheme. There are icons all over the website and links at the bottom of every page to government and independent websites that monitor the activity of gambling sites such as this. The tagline is ‘no fake winners’ and as a bingo player myself, this is one of the great worries of playing.

Whenever you go onto a bingo web site and see all manner of testimonials popping up all over the place telling you that ‘JulieT67’ has just won £30,000 and that £100,000 worth of prizes have been handed out in the last month alone, alarm bells start ringing. You have absolutely no idea if these sites are telling the truth. So this is why a site subscribing to such a method of tracking is extremely encouraging

TV Games

One of the major hauls for a relatively small site like Bingos is the fact that it has a live television show. Broadcasting at 6.30pm every Friday evening it promises to be the major foundation of the entire web site. To be fair, the website is not bad at all: it has slots, video poker and roulette amongst other things, it has a cheeky design and you don’t have to download anything, but it has no major thing to set it apart from the other web site other than this.

Presented by an Alan Carr look alike this promises to be at the very least a bit of a laugh. The community aspect of online bingo site are always much lauded, but with the television you can see and hear the people you are playing with. It adds that extra sensory element to the game which sometimes websites miss.

Pros

  • TV show
  • Wide selection of games
  • Fair play
  • Good community

Cons

  • Cheesy design
  • Slightly outdated game play

Overall

This is a case of the web site being held by one feature and that is definitely the TV show. While the rest of the site is by no means bad, the fact that this sky TV show exists serves to give bingos that little bit of an edge over its competitors
